A popular symbol for many centuries, the Claddagh design features two hands holding a heart that is topped with a crown, which represents friendship, love, and loyalty. Legend says that the story of the Claddagh is a story about lost love that was later reunited. The time apart did not cause their love to fade. This romantic tale has inspired Thai artisan Watsud to create these amazing sterling silver earrings featuring the Claddagh paired with the never-ending Celtic Trinity Knot, which symbolizes infinity. Beautifully timeless, these handcrafted dangle earrings represent an infinite love.

Artisan Watsud is from Lampang, a city located in the northern Thailand on the banks of the Wang River. As a young child, she would visit the local markets with her mother and sisters. She was amazed by the beautiful jewelry that the local vendors were selling. From these experiences, her interest for creating her own jewelry pieces bloomed into a passion. She has turned that passion into a successful family business that she runs with her sisters.
“My designs are a combination of new and trendy designs with traditional influences. I love to mix the old with the new to create something different. I love fashion from all over the world and this variety influences some of my pieces. I believe that beauty is found everywhere, so I try to look at things with an open mind. I never know where I will find the inspiration for my next design.” -Watsud
