At checkout, we require the credit card number if you use a credit card to make your purchase. Your credit card number will not be stored; therefore you will need to provide the number every time you make a purchase on AeraVida.com. AeraVida only stores the last 4 digits for reference.
In addition, the credit card Customer Identification Number (CIN) is required with every online purchase made with American Express, MasterCard and Visa Cards. The CIN is a 3 or 4 digit, numeric value that provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. This security feature is designed to protect you against consumer fraud. Similar to the credit card number, your CIN will not be stored; therefore you will need to provide the number every time a purchase is made on AeraVida.com.
When you place an order with us, we ask for the standard personal information in our order form (such as name, address, email, contact phone number, and so forth) in order for us to properly ship your order to you. This information is kept secure in protected systems. If necessary, we may use this information to contact you (via email for example) regarding a pending order.
From time to time, you may receive promotional/special offers through e-mail or regular mail from AeraVida.com and/or our marketing partners. However, if you do not want to receive e-mail communications or other promotional offers, you are free to opt-out of our mailing list at any time. All orders received before 9 am central time will ship the same day. Order received after the cutoff time will ship next business day. Shipping transit times vary depending on the shipping method. It also depends on your shipping route. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays) via US Postal Service and FedEx. All U.S. orders (within the continental US) will include delivery confirmation. Please make sure that you provide the proper address for your shipment. The shipping address you provide MUST be a valid address with the US Postal Service. We are not responsible for orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We ship worldwide. Our shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's customs agency. You are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs such as tariffs and/or duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please contact your customs agent.
