Artisan Kamakhya studied architecture and interior design in college and this is where he first experienced the beauty of art. After graduation, Kamakhya worked as a freelance interior designer for three years. It was while renovating a jewelry store that he discovered his true calling, the shop owner asked his advice about some jewelry designs and Kamakhya was fascinated by the process. He loved designing jewelry so much that he started working part time for the shop owner. He learned as much as he could and soon after, he ventured out on his own. He now owns his own shop where he uses his creativity and technical background to design amazing sterling silver jewelry with semi-precious stones.
